Ahhhhhh!!!!

Except the gifts my parents give me, I am never lucky while receiving gifts. And I'm not talking about the price value, I even get expensive clothes that are extremely gaudy/garish, lame video games etc. I've lived with it. I thought it couldn't get any worse. Until today...
I reached home just an hour ago. Mom greeted me at the door. I freshened up, & got ready to relax with my laptop. When I saw something lying on the bed. This -

Yes, that's right, a copy of twilight! Not even the one with the 'apple-in-hands' cover but the one with the film poster on it!
A gift from one my mom's friends.
Don't get me wrong. I really like love reading & am a voracious reader. Then why this feeling, you ask? I have too many twilight crazy friends. Some of them were fans early on. The rest 'succumbed' when it all became a craze. That's when I decided I would not read the book. Or watch the movie. (I've been told it's terribly addictive. Like a Mills & Boon novel. Did I mention I can't stand Romance novels?)

And now it sits there. Tempting me. I will resist it. I will not succumb.

  3. LOL :-D I hope the Twilight Vampire does not bite into your neck and such the living twilight out of you! Beware, once they bite you, you become one of them and all your friends are one of them now! ;-)

  4. LOL, it does not worth all the hype it has. Watch it and I bet you wouldn't be addicted, rather you would be disappointed.
