Tattoos are super cheap there & in the old days everyone got those, especially ones with religious significance. I think it would have still been a fun thing to do if not for all the risks that come with now-a-days. I like the fanciness of the tattoo parlour I visit & the artist is brilliant, but oh the cost difference! :O You should come. It is too much fun! :D Although if you come at a crowded time you may see Bombay at it's very worst. :/

I've always wanted to check out Bandra Fair! My parents always tell me childhood stories about the fair and my dad got his first and only tattoo there when he was 13 years old just to impress two girls who were standing and watching hehe. I still can't believe he paid something like 8 or 10 rupees for it!

He he I get it. My mom feels the same as well & the fear is very justified, there have been accidents & casualties. And no I didn't. I was tempted to but I remember I bought a personalized bracelet a couple of years ago & promptly lost it. :P
