Commenting Policy

I absolutely love receiving comments- it's one of the greatest joys of blogging. I read each & every one & reply wherever necessary. Thank you to everyone who takes a few minutes out of their day to comment on a post here - I really value your opinion.

But please remember that commenting is a privilege not a right.

I encourage constructive criticism & healthy discussions on all of my blog posts. But please keep it civil. Any comments that I find to be misogynistic, bigoted, or unnecessarily hateful will be deleted without hesitation.

I use disqus comments on this blog since the last few years, & I throughly recommend it. It facilitates discussions while keeping spam at bay. With disqus you will get an email if I or anyone else replies to your comment. There's also threaded replies, which are awesome. I highly recommend creating a disqus account for commenting on blogs that use it- you have all your comments (& replies) in one place which makes them easily viewable & you can leave your website / blog url with your name, which in turn will get you traffic. If not, you can choose to login via twitter, facebook & google plus too.

I do not moderate comments currently but have moderation enabled for if you leave a link of any kind in the comment body. I have a zero tolerance policy for comment spam - Leaving just your blog url is ok, but comments with spammy links edited out or will be marked as spam & deleted.

Thanks for taking the time to read this. Have a great day!

Love,
